
I can't say when it started exactly, but one day, years ago, I started noticing grasses. Like *really* noticing them. Not the boring, homogeneous "lawn" kind. The native kind. All of a sudden I found myself captivated! By their movement and sound in the wind, their colors and textures, their diversity and understated beauty. Whether a single blade or an entire field, meadow, or prairie...I was smitten.
I just love it when that happens...
When I start seeing magic in subjects or places I had once overlooked. When I notice I've been taking something for granted and start appreciating it instead. It sparks curiosity and gratitude, and it unlocks so much potential--for creativity, connection, and happiness.
